We will receive your stock from the manufacturer directly, asset tag, upload to a real time cloud Inventory (RTI), deliver, set-up and install your new IT equipment and also securely uninstall, asset tag and inventory, remove and quarantine and then dispose of the obsolete equipment.
Our comprehensive service includes preparing your IT equipment for deployment, including the loading of bespoke company images, operating systems and applications, and manage the delivery of PCs, servers and other hardware. At the same time we securely remove or transfer your data on end-of-life IT equipment and remove the hardware for reuse, resale or recycling.

Our total IT Lifecycle Solutions include the provision of a co-location service for your IT Department, especially during large IT refresh and roll out programmes. We can also co-locate for surplus inventory and on-going deployment.
We can liaise with your supplier manufacturer directly, and receive your inventory into our secure warehouse.
Each item will be asset tagged and uploaded onto our cloud inventory software ready for you to draw down for delivery and deployment.
Our secure warehousing facility is also designed to hold old data bearing IT equipment in a secure quarantine area for as long as you need during your project.
We have specific insurance policy coverage to cover the value of your goods for each of our clients as well as Cyber Privacy Insurance to protect you and your company from any ICO fine in case of data breaches
Reuse has developed and delivered a unique and seamless “ Logistics Business Process Model” for our clients and partners.
We work very closely with your Project managers and deployment team, to get your inventory on-site, on-time during your refresh project.
All packaging will be cleared away and disposed off. Old equipment removed, asset tagged and placed in quarantine, until you decide whether to dispose or reuse.
We will provide all the required documentations such as Waste Transfer notes, data destruction certificates and all Environment certifications to ensure you meet all WEEE and Data protection compliances during your project.
