Russell joined Reuse in 2009, shortly after it’s inception. Initially heading up and overseeing the logistics department, he became Purchasing Director in 2012 and is still responsible for this department since becoming MD.
Previous to his role at Reuse, Russell worked within the video game distribution sector for almost 20 years, dealing directly with publishers such as Nintendo and Sega, where he uses his experience in sales and purchasing at Reuse now.
Russell is a movie buff and loves going out with friends for drinks or dinner. A now casual but once hardcore gamer, he enjoys walks with his dog and spending time with his family.
Darrel founded Reuse Technology Group after 18 years’ NHS experience as a paediatric nurse and programme manager. After building and selling his first business within 12 months, he created Reuse and has been instrumental in its growth into one of the leading firms for extending end of life IT equipment.
Passionate about the company ethos of sustainability and recycling, Darrel oversees compliance within the business as well as developing relationships with Reuse’s government and corporate clients by implementing processes to optimise IT asset disposition and lifestyle services, assuring compliance with UK & EU regulations and GDPR as well as enhanced CSR in a highly regulated industry.
Personal growth and self-improvement are key to Darrel’s life in and outside of the business, and this can always be seen to whatever he puts his mind to. In additional to the many interests he has, Darrel still finds time to tutor future entrepreneurs and share his knowledge from his extensive time within the NHS.
Jake joined Reuse in 2011, after working in the retail sector. From initially working in the warehouse, Jake moved into trade sales and is now Sales Director and specifically handles global sales outside of the UK and Europe.
Jake loves anything to do with sport and is a diehard Arsenal fan. He has a very close family and enjoys spending quality time with them as well as socialising with his friends.
Taylor began his career at Reuse in 2013 working part time in the warehouse while studying for his degree in physical education and sport. After graduating in 2017, he joined full time to work in sales, where today he deals with hundreds of customers across Europe as Sales Manager.
Outside of the office, Taylor is another sports enthusiast and Arsenal supporter, enjoys travel, and socialising with his friends and family.
Sher Dil began studying IT in 1999 due to a keen interest in technology used on a daily basis.
His previous roles before becoming Head of Technical in 2016 were all based in the IT industry as technical and support engineer. Sher Dil attended the University of
Northampton where he completed his bachelors in business computing and holds many certifications in areas such as CCNA and Microsoft Azure.
Sher Dil’s priority in life is his family, in his spare time he loves learning about new
innovations, watching technology related movies and studying.
Graduating in computer science at Kent University 2017, Jan joined Reuse to oversee ecommerce. Always looking to explore different aspects of the business and challenge himself, he took the role of Project Delivery Manager and is now the direct liaison for many client contracts at Reuse.
As well as being a huge Esports fan and car fanatic, Jan is a real foodie and loves trying different cuisines from around the world and still finds time to socialise with friends.
William joined Reuse in 2012, dividing his time between the sales and logistics departments.
After a short stint outside of the industry, William returned to Reuse in 2019 in the role of ITAD Manager, handling assets collected from clients across the UK and Europe.
William is a keen fisherman and enjoys playing football, but his main love is spending time with his son and fiancée.
Gary was until 2011, UK Director of SME Banking at Yorkshire and Clydesdale Banks and also held the roles of Head of Retail Banking and Head of Business Banking for Yorkshire Bank . He was previously North East and Cumbria Regional Director of SME Banking for Barclays Bank.
Gary is now a Non-Executive Director/ Consultant himself, at a large number of SME’s across the UK (32) including Reuse Technology Group , where he advises the Management on Growth Strategies, Business Development, Marketing , HR, Risk Management, Finance, M&A’s and Corporate Governance.
Gary is a Mentor/ Growth Expert on the Goldman Sachs 10000 Small Business Programme run by Said Business School ( Oxford University)and sits on the Investment Panel for the Tees Valley Business Grant Programme. Gary also is a Coach on the WYCA Peer Networks Programme and a Mentor of the Govt Help2Grow Programme.
Gary was awarded an MBE for Services to the Finance Industry in the 2008 New Years Honours List and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Scotland.
Gary lives with his wife Hayley in Wynyard Village in Teesside. He has two children and one grandchild. He enjoys all forms of sport including golf, rugby, football and cricket as well as keeping fit and socializing.
