Collection & Logistics

  • All vehicles are GPS tracked and personnel DBS checked
  • All required equipment for your booking is supplied
  • Equipment is loaded safely and securely for transport directly back to our premises

 

Receiving your IT assets

  • Physical inventory report created
  • Your equipment is placed in a secure quarantine area ready for processing

 

Testing & Data Erasure

  • All functioning units are tested and reset to factory default setting
  • Client specific information erased, all HDD’s data sanitised to ADISA approved standard

 

Reporting & Audit

  • Final inventory report created with pass/fail information and grading where applicable
  • Data erasure certificate and WEEE waste transfer supplied where applicable

 

Value in your IT Assets

  • Final prices confirmed to offset set against your booking or to be paid back to the client if in surplus

 

What happens to your equipment next?

  • All fully functioning units will be refurbished and resold to via various sales channels
  • All faulty equipment will be broken down to component level and recycled ethically and appropriately. Faulty HDD’s will be physically destroyed
