What Happens After You Get in Touch

Most enquiries start with a short conversation rather than a form-filling exercise. We need to understand roughly what you have, where it is, and what evidence you need at the end — that is usually enough to give you an indicative approach and a sense of whether the equipment carries recoverable value.

Useful Detail to Have Ready

None of this is required to make contact, but having it to hand makes the first conversation considerably more productive: approximate device counts by type, the number and location of sites involved, whether any equipment is leased, whether data destruction needs to happen on your premises, and the date the equipment needs to be gone. If you do not have an asset list, that is normal — a site survey produces one.

Coverage and Response

We collect nationwide across the UK from our facility in Rainham, Essex, and can typically arrange a collection within 24–72 hours of enquiry or on a date that suits your schedule. Larger multi-site programmes are phased so no location loses working equipment before its replacement is in place. If your enquiry is urgent, calling is faster than the form.
