Emeka Nwadike is the Chief Executive Officer of Reuse Technology Group and a recognised leader in the circular technology and sustainability sector. With more than 25 years of experience across the global mobile, technology, and secondary device markets, he has built a career driving innovation, commercial growth, and the advancement of circular economy solutions.

Throughout his career, Emeka has been at the forefront of developing sustainable technology reuse models that extend product lifecycles, reduce electronic waste, and unlock value from the secondary device market. Prior to joining Reuse Technology Group, he held senior commercial leadership roles within the mobile industry and co-founded Mobi Market, a secondary device trading platform, wholesaler and distributor later acquired in a multimillion-pound deal.

As CEO, Emeka leads Reuse Technology Group's strategic vision to accelerate technology reuse at scale, helping businesses, partners, and consumers transition towards more sustainable and circular technology ecosystems.

Jake joined Reuse in 2011, after working in the retail sector. From initially working in the warehouse, Jake moved into trade sales and progressed to Head of Sales before becoming Head of Commercial, where he now focuses on client relationships and handles global sales outside of the UK and Europe.

Jake loves anything to do with sport and is a diehard Arsenal fan. He has a very close family and enjoys spending quality time with them as well as socialising with his friends.

I've built my career through hard work, continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering excellence. Having progressed from ITAD Manager to Head of Operations, I'm proud of the journey so far and motivated by the opportunity to continue developing, leading and making a positive impact.

Outside of work, family is at the heart of everything I do. I enjoy spending quality time with my family, and weekends are often spent supporting my son and watching him play football. It's something I really enjoy and a great way to switch off from work.

I'm always striving for excellence, both professionally and personally, while continuing to learn, grow and give my best in everything I do.

Nhan Bao is Head of Finance at the Reuse Group, where he leads the group financial operations and supports its continued commercial growth across the business. A fully qualified accountant (ACCA) with an MSc in Accounting and Finance, he brings a background spanning external audit, professional practice and senior industry finance roles.

Nhan began his career in Vietnam, studying auditing and working as an auditor with a focus on risk assessment and internal control. He later moved to the United Kingdom, completing his full ACCA qualification and working across UK accountancy practices, before moving into industry as Head of Accounts and Management Accountant for one of London's largest Tier 2 CCTV and intruder alarm distributors.

Across the Reuse Group of businesses, Nhan has built and scaled the complex finance function, putting in place the systems, controls and reporting the business needs as it grows. He oversees cash flow and working capital across a stock-intensive and complex trading operation, produces the management reporting and KPIs that guide leadership decisions, and analyses profitability by product line and client. He also manages the group's VAT and payroll obligations and prepares the financial information behind year-end reporting, maintaining the records and controls that give Reuse the foundations to scale its circular economy mission.

Darrel founded Reuse Technology Group after 18 years' NHS experience as a paediatric nurse and programme manager. After building and selling his first business within 12 months, he created Reuse and has been instrumental in its growth into one of the leading firms for extending the life of end-of-life IT equipment.

Passionate about the company ethos of sustainability and recycling, Darrel oversees compliance within the business as well as developing relationships with Reuse's government and corporate clients by implementing processes to optimise IT asset disposition and lifecycle services, assuring compliance with UK & EU regulations and GDPR as well as enhanced CSR in a highly regulated industry.

Personal growth and self-improvement are key to Darrel's life in and outside of the business, and this can always be seen in whatever he puts his mind to. In addition to the many interests he has, Darrel still finds time to tutor future entrepreneurs and share his knowledge from his extensive time within the NHS.
